I have a background in the FS market, so I also have involvement in the space where the Banking world interfaces with the Insurance world. Built an ongoing relationship with one client, based on the introduction of one individual. This individual has radically re-shaped the Mortgage proposition in their business and has been responsible for a period of unprecedented growth in a declining market. From this introduction, I have leveraged an intimate partnership within their change function and have helped their business build an entirely new team, which is currently reshaping the face of the Retail Proposition.
